Commercial Lines P&C Agent

The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can develop and maintain leads (some leads will be provided) while assisting with servicing and maintaining our current commercial line accounts.  All agents are required to check in and follow up with clients throughout the year to maintain an open line of communication and provide a superior customer service experience.

 

All applicants for this position must have a minimum of one (1) year experience with Commercial P&C, possess and maintain a current Oklahoma P&C Agent License, cellular phone, drivers license, vehicle with current registration and applicable insurance.

 

We provide and maintain all Professional Liability (E&O) Insurance for our agents.

 

Requirements:

No Felony convictions

No convictions for any type for Theft/Larceny

Must possess and maintain OK P&C Licensing

Strong Organizational Skills

Strong Written and Verbal communication

Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance

Current, valid OK Drivers License

Personal Lines P&C Agent

The right applicant will be a motivated self-starter who can develop and maintain leads while assisting with servicing and maintaining our current personal line accounts; as well following up on leads assigned to them in a timely manner.  Agent will be responsible for re-quoting clients whose rates have increased at renewal.  All agents are required to check in and follow up with clients throughout the year to maintain an open line of communication and provide a superior customer service experience.  Must maintain open lines of communication with persons and companies who provide referral services as well as develop their own sources for referral business.

 

All applicants must possess or be able to acquire an Oklahoma Personal Lines Agent License.  No experience is necessary but some P&C experience is preferred.  Applicants must possess and maintain a cellular phone, drivers license, vehicle with current registration and applicable insurance.

Reception/Admin Assistant – (Edmond, OK Office)

The Reception/Admin Assistant reports directly to the owner(s) or Branch Manager and assists agents as needed.  The successful applicant will possess previous reception, administrative assistant and/or office management experience.  Must be extremely well organized and a self-starter; must obtain and maintain CSR insurance licensing.  As the Reception/Admin Assistant will generally be the first person a client or potential client see or speaks to, the right candidate must maintain a professional appearance, possess excellent verbal skills, be friendly and courteous.

 

Duties will include but may not be limited to:

Answer Phones     Filing     Accepting Payments     Invoicing     Some Accounting and Data Entry

Provide Certificates of Insurance when requested; keep a detailed file of COIs issued and update requestors of changes.

Assist Agents as needed     Other duties as assigned

 

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills          

Must be able to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products

Quickbooks Pro proficiency is preferred but not required

Light accounting and data entry
